How Every Engagement Works
Three or six months.
Structured from day one.
Both Standard and Premier follow the same engagement structure. The difference is session length and the addition of a quarterly worksession in Premier. Either way, you always know what comes next.
360 Leadership Assessment & Action Plan
Every coaching engagement starts with a 360 view of your leadership and helps you set an action plan. It gives us a clear baseline and ensures the coaching addresses the actual gaps vs. the ones that may feel most visible. Enrolling a team member? Part of the 360 view is your feedback and your input on action planning.
Biweekly Sessions (60 min Standard · 90 min Premier)
Structured working sessions focused on what you're carrying, what needs to change, and what comes next. Always forward-facing. Always with a clear outcome.
Between-Session Async Access
When something comes up and it can't wait two weeks, a decision, a conversation, a moment of doubt, you have access to your coach between sessions.
Quarterly Worksession (Premier only)
A dedicated 2-hour virtual session for you every quarter. This can be used to work through bigger picture decisions that may not fit into one coaching session. You can tack this on to a session and work through a larger leadership topic.
90-Day Progress Check
Every quarter we step back and look at what's shifted, what's still stuck, and what the next 90 days require. Progress check, not just a reset.
