The Blueprint is a complete, standalone engagement. Four weeks, each with a distinct purpose. By the end, you have a clear picture, a specific recommendation, and everything you need to decide what to do next, with us or without us.
For the first time, the business is viewed through the same lens across Customer, Strategy, and Team simultaneously. We uncover hidden patterns Our assessment focuses on interviews with you, your team and customers .
You get a view of the business that you may have not yet seen. We share the things your team is navigating, the places where they feel uncertain or unsupported, the friction that your customers encounter.
. This is a session of structured thinking. We ask the questions you haven't yet had space to answer. And we talk through key prioriites and action items, giving you immediate clarity.
This is where you get a clear, honest document outlining your organization's strengths, sticking points, and specific recommendations for what to focus on for the next 6 months to grow. We also include a couple of sessions to walk through the findings, answer questions, and discuss what a right-fit next step would look like.

A complete piece of work whether or not you go further. If you continue into any TEAMES & CO program, the full $7,500 is credited toward that engagement. You never pay twice for the same work.
How the credit works
If you complete the Blueprint and decide to move into The Growth Accelerator, executive coaching, or any other TEAMES & CO engagement, the $7,500 you paid is deducted from your first invoice. The research and insight from the Blueprint carries forward, nothing is wasted and no work is repeated. If you choose to execute the plan on your own, the full report is yours to keep.
