THE CHALLENGE:

A  global non-profit focused on supporting entrepreneurial support organizations with the mission to accelerate the growth of start-ups wanted to reassess their strategy with a keen eye toward bolstering membership engagement and growth.  With limits on in-person gathering, our client was facing a challenge to connection with its members, and help them connect in an ever changing world that did not allow for traditional gatherings. Their goal was to set a strategic plan that would enable them to navigate the changing landscape and live into their leadership position to help their members and ecosystem navigate it while growing as well.

THE SOLUTION:

Our team worked with the organization’s CEO, Board of Directors, team and stakeholders (members, community partners, etc) to revamp their strategic plan. Our key focuses were on:  

  1. Differentiation to ensure a solid leadership role within the larger ecosystem of organizations.
  2. Unique member service areas that created deeper member engagement while also providing value to newer members.
  3. Creating a unified process to ensure the Board of Directors and CEO could stay aligned throughout the year with tools that supported their success i.e. 1 page strategic vision, key organizational metrics, etc.

THE CHALLENGE:

A travel company was launching a cross-functional IT innovation project aimed at launching an expanded ecosystem of technologies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and system security/stability. TEAMES & CO was selected as we were able to help our client  ensure a customer-first approach while also supporting the cross-functional team in executing multiple work streams with speed and efficiency.

With our support their aim was to create product solutions including:  two mobile apps, online ordering, and payment systems, reporting, and much more.  Throughout this work, the client was looking for a partner that could support the communications, team processes, and employee engagement/change management that would be required to successfully implement a critical growth initiative. 

THE SOLUTION:

To ensure success, we started with the customer. We defined customer personas (internal and external), and customer journeys, to ensure the project roadmap delivered maximum value and a mobile-first approach to accelerate their growth vs competition.

  1. As part of implementation support, we helped build out the product development team. Our support included team training, process creation, and a data-first approach.  
  2. We launched  multiple phases of features, including two mobile apps, online ordering, and internal systems for payment, reporting, etc, but they were able to build processes to live beyond our engagement and fuel the expansion of the technology project.
  3. Our team helped define metrics, tracking, and a weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboard to ensure the project team was aligned on success and was able to build a feedback loop that would guide their work beyond our engagement.
  4. To help with customer adoption and internal communications, we created customer training tools, a post-sprint reporting tool to show the success of launches, and a monthly update process to ensure that operational and executive leadership were not only informed on progress but could offer feedback throughout the project.

THE CHALLENGE:

A privately owned, small/medium business (SME) in the hospitality/tourism sector was growing exponentially,  and was seeing a new stress on their customer success team. They were looking for help in identifying new communication solutions to support the team and their client experience during this phase of growth and future expansion.   Most importantly, they looking for a partner that would be able to include the team in the solutioning process so it was team led vs top down.

THE SOLUTION:

We worked with the Vice President and the Guest Relations team to assess current internal and external communications processes. 

  1. We facilitated a team assimilation to gather feedback from the internal team, and engage them in the solution creation. 
  2. Our work together created team engagement, process improvement related to internal communications within the team and with other teams, and ultimately an improved guest experience grounded in a strong feedback loop.
