360 Custom Assessment

We kick off each Leadership Coaching Engagement with a 360 assessment gathering input from the leader, their manager,  team, and colleagues.

This information informs a custom action plan created with each leader; helping each leader maximize their strengths, build new skills, and accelerate their success on their leadership journey.

If we are working with a group of your leaders, we can align all action plans giving your team members the opportunity to collaborate on key areas and set joint goals, maximizing impact and accountability across the organization.

On the Job Training

Often we take leaders out of the office for training. They go offsite for a few days or even a week.  Upon returning, it’s impossible to implement new learnings as leaders struggle to catch up and deliver on other priorities. This wastes time and resources for everybody.

This is why our team works with them on the job. This means, we attend meetings (zoom or in-person), we help them hone presentations, we coach on goal development, tracking, and more.

By using their work as the examples, we are implementing learning real-time, and maximizing your investment.

Each step in leadership requires a new set of skills. First time leaders need to  delegate and give effective feedback.  Senior managers start to lead leaders.
