360 Leadership Coaching

During our 12 week program, we work one-on-one with leaders in your organization, equipping them with the skills and training they need to become an exceptional leader. We do not hope they know, we assess their skills and help them build a stronger foundation. 

 We do not believe this can be done solely in a classroom. How many times have you taken a corporate training and then never applied it. The application is the key, so unlike other organizations or trainings, we are there in the day-to-day helping your leaders execute.

Our comprehensive approach offers :

  • 360 Leadership Assessment we not only gather feedback from leadership, team members and cross functional partners, but we uniquely join meetings and shadow activities to fully assess leadership opportunities.
  • Personalized Action Plan to strengthen core skills, and develop 360 Leadership approach.
  • 1-1 Coaching – 12 sessions – These sessions can be shorter weekly chats to keep leaders on track or combined for longer bi-weekly sessions.
  • Shadowing Sessions: Based on the personalized action plan, we offer 1-1 feedback in key areas. This may mean attending meetings and offering feedback on how to optimize engagement and follow up,  reviewing a presentation to offer coaching to ensure it fits the audience, or sitting in on a 1-1 meeting to better support team dynamics.
  • Access to a comprehensive digital learning library of tools and resources to enhance leadership foundations and processes including but not limited to  team communication, cross-functional partnerships, giving and receiving effective feedback, goal setting, strategy, and more.
  • Invitations to Key Premium Content helpful at specific leadership level:
    • For first time leaders, this may be how to shift from an individual contributor to a team leader and/or how to break down silos to work effectively across the organization, from finance and HR to Sales, Marketing, and IT.
    • For Directors and Senior Managers it may be how to create and effectively manage a budget and/or how to lead leaders.

In this 12-week program, we assist your leader in assimilating into the team effectively.
